This is my shiny Floatzel named Nyx from my replay of Diamond. I got her from a random encounter as a Buizel, and I plan on transferring her to X and Y once I complete my current playthrough.
Anyway, in case it wasn't clear she's using surf... since she's surfing on the water. : P This went from a doodle to a painting because why not, so take this painting as a token of nothing. This token is useless. Why did you take it.
